In case your documents get relevant in connection with a process, we shall contact you and ask for your permission to pass on your CV to our client. After that the process will continue as mentioned below.

If you are included in the pool of potential candidates, we will ask for your permission to pass on your CV and test results to our client.
In connection with your presentation for the hiring company, CV and test results will be mailed to our client, who will then be responsible for compliance with GDPR. Documents will solely be printed by us in connection with the presentation and will be shredded immediately after.
References are only collected in cooperation with you. You will be contacting your references yourself to ask for permission for us to contact them.
