Sales- & Account Managers positions - Solution Selling profiles in Germany, Netherlands & Nordics


On behalf of some of the leading service and software solution providers covering AI development platforms, Digital transformation & services, E-Commerce/logistics - Supply Chain, i.e. classic ERP, - there are more open positions in DE - NL and Nordics.

We are looking for Senior Sales / Account Managers to represent some of the top companies and to "solution sell" their product/services, which are considered to be at the forefront. I.e. we are looking for Sales Managers going for new brands and business, - and Account Managers to drive business initiatives at sales to existing business clients and partners.


Your tasks


• Drive sales and account strategies, while engaging with customers/partners and working closely with several managers, by utilizing your expertise in the latest trends
• Primarily acquire new relevant clients & business at customers in the Medium and Large Enterprise Business
• Generate awareness to make the ground for Up/Cross-selling to existing accounts
• Submit quotations as well as conduct negotiations until the conclusion of a contract
• Assist in market observations, development of sales strategies, and marketing activities
• Conduct presentations and participate in roadshows and fairs
• End-to-end account management including account forecasting, budgeting, and operations is also part of your role


Your qualifications
• Professional experience in direct sales including via Partners, direct selling of SaaS software products and services
• Strong understanding and experience in selling AI solutions & AI application engineering/development platform and methodology.
• Further, you have excellent cooperation and communication skills on C-level in a highly technical environment as well as experience working in a matrix organization
• Affinity for technology and interest in value-based selling
• Empathy and the skill to present complex issues comprehensibly
• Sound argumentation, ability to present business solutions online and on-site
• Being fluent in the native language is a must, good English skills are an advantage
• Mobility and willingness to travel 1-2 days/week
