We are looking at Mid-weight to Senior Account Managers for dealing with an installed base as well as Sales Managers going for new brands and business.
• Drive sales strategies, while engaging with customers and working closely with several managers, by utilizing your expertise in the latest trends
• Primarily acquire new business at customers in the Medium and Large Enterprise Business within the regional market
• Up/Cross-sell to existing accounts
• Submit quotations as well as conduct negotiations until the conclusion of a contract
• Assist in market observations, development of sales strategies, and marketing activities
• Conduct presentations and participate in roadshows and fairs
• End to end account management including account forecasting, budgeting, and operations is also part of your role
• Professional experience in the direct selling of SaaS-software products that require an explanation for the B2B market
• Strong understanding and experience in selling modern application engineering work
• Further, you have excellent cooperation and communication skills on C-level in a highly technical environment as well as experience working in a matrix organization
• Affinity for technology and interest in value-based selling
• Empathy and the skill to present complex issues comprehensibly
• Sound argumentation, ability to present business solutions online and on-site
• Being fluent in the native (DE/CH/IT) language is a must, good English skills are an advantage
• Mobility and willingness to travel 1-2 days/week
