CREDIT MANAGER

FCA Capital Danmark A/S is owned by FCA Bank S.p.A., engaging mainly in car finance, with the aim to meet all mobility requirements, including through its Leasys S.p.A. subsidiary. It is an equally-held joint venture between the global automotive company Stellantis and Crédit Agricole, leader in consumer credit. FCA Capital Danmark A/S is delivering a range of financial products towards dealers and retail customers. The Nordic hub in Glostrup has 44 engaged colleagues driving and supporting the business in Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland. We are a dynamic company that has clear growth ambitions for the Nordic market.

We are looking for a Credit Manager to join our organization and lead a team of 6 competent colleagues.

As a Credit Manager you;

• have solid understanding of credit and know how to create and drive credit policies

• know the car retail market

• understand consumer financing and the credit mechanisms

• have a good business understanding

• see opportunities and focus on supporting the business growth

• build models and are able to optimize scorecards

• deliver relevant and high quality reporting to our HQ as well as locally

• develop processes to ensure efficiency

• develop processes to ensure efficiency and in compliance with policies in timely manner

We are looking for a new colleague who;

• takes ownership and drives the agenda

• have very strong I T capabilities

• understands stakeholder management and the importance thereof

• Can do people management as a natural sting and act as manager in a busy and changeable working

  day

• ideally have experience from a Nordic organization

• is fluent in Danish & English, both written and oral
