SmartPractice Denmark develops, manufactures and distributes innovative patch testing medicinal products, ancillary supplies, and world class customer support and education.  SmartPractice is the global market leader for contact allergy patch testing, everyday living the motto “because patients deserve a diagnosis”.

SmartPractice’s 45 employees are located in Hillerød, and is now manning up by a new QA Professional to support the QA area across the organization for present and pipeline products and processes. The position reports to the Director of QA of SmartPractice Denmark, and offers great opportunities for personal and professional development.

ABOUT THE POSITION

You will be part of the QA department with currently five other highly skilled, experienced and motivated colleagues.

Your main areas of responsibility will be:

• Handling QA matters related to manufacturing and laboratory work
• Handling distributor/customer issues and inquiries related to QA
• Preparing QA documentation and reporting, including approving changes, deviations and instructions
• Participating in self inspections and audits (FDA, LMS, PMDA ...)
• Review batch documentation
• Set direction for quality and compliance based on regulatory requirements

Further you:

• Hold a relevant educational background
• Possess extensive experience from QA in Pharma or Medtech
• Preferably have experience from pharmaceutical manufacturing and laboratory work
• Are detail oriented and have solid decision-making skills
• Possess excellent communications skills (verbal, written, listening)
• Meet your deadlines with a structured approach to maintain an overview - even in a changing and busy environment, where priorities can be changed quickly.
